​​ The Flying Horse Cafe will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that your order is ready for pick-up within thirty (30) minutes from time of order placement – or at a later, pre-requested, date/time you have selected during the checkout process.

Please note that on some occasions orders may be delayed due to very high volume of orders. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused and will do our best to maintain communication should this occur so you know what to expect and can plan accordingly.

Refund Policy

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose exchange or store credit if an item:

• is unsafe;
• is significantly different from the sample or description relied upon when ordering;
• is not fit for consumption; or
• has not been supplied.

To obtain a replacement or store credit, please return your meal to the cafe or call us immediately, with your details and explain the basis of your refund request. If dining in, please ask to speak with the Manager.

In most cases, the meal must be returned before a full refund can be considered. If the problem is not major, we will replace the item within a reasonable time. If it is not replaced in a reasonable time, you can choose a store credit.

Following approval by The Flying Horse Cafe, any store credit, if requested by you, and held by us against a future order, will be valid for 3 months from date granted.

All claims must be made upon receipt of goods, so we can respond appropriately and help rectify the issue.

Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to collect orders placed for collection at a set day and time. If you are unable to collect at your pre-requested time, please contact us prior so we can delay order preparation (where possible). We are not able to replace or refund food and beverage items that are no longer fresh due to late arrival.

General

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Flying Horse Cafe website (theflyinghorsecafe.com.au) which include marketing and promotions system including but not limited to loyalty reward programs. Your access and/or use of our website (theflyinghorsecafe.com.au) constitute your consent to the Terms of Service contained herein.

If you elected to cancel your account or if your account is otherwise terminated by us, all your user content may remain on the website even after your account has been canceled.

Your use of the website is at your own risk, and is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Merchants offering the products and services you are accessing via the website.
